Sue

Sue and her brother Poncho (aka Wally) came to us after a dear friend passed away, Jess Fremer. Jess loved his field dogs and actually ran his dogs with ours a lot early on in our breeding program. My mom’s very first breeding was to Jess’ infamous dog Rowdy. As my mom and I started to breed show line, we continued using Jess’ field line to try to make good dual purpose dogs. I’m honored to have the last of Jess’ field dogs in my house. Sue is slated to be bred at least one time more before I spay and retire her. She won the Beechton Beagle Club field trial in 2019 and has placed in other trials as well with minimal running time. 

Sue unfortunately had an infected uterus and had to be spayed. She is enjoying retirement and runs in the occasional field trial now!
